Two weeks after its initial announcement in Indonesia, Realme India brought over the Realme C55 to India. The phone sports a Mini Capsule feature which like Apple’s Dynamic Island displays notifications, battery alerts and data consumption alongside the hole punch cutout on the display.
The rest of the specs sheet includes a 6.72-inch IPS LCD with a 90Hz refresh rate, Helio G88 chipset and a 5,000 mAh battery with 33W charging. The camera department brings a 64MP main cam and a 2MP depth unit. The software side is covered by Realme UI 4.0 based on Android 13.
Realme C55 comes in Sun Shower and Rainy Night colors. The 4/64GB model is priced at INR 10,999. The 6/64GB version is INR 11,999 while the 8/128GB model will go for INR 13,999.
Open sales start on March 28 at 12 noon via Realme, Flipkart and other partnering stores. There’s an INR 1,000 exchange offer as part of the pre-booking campaign. Realme is also bringing a Student only offer – free Realme Buds Q2 with every Realme Q55 purchase made at Realme exclusive stores in India during the March 28-31 period.
